DELIVERY & RETURNS

Returns (if applicable)

In case of return please write your query to us on contact@kilchu.com. We shall entertain the return request only in case the product you received was damaged. Make sure the email is raised within 5 days of order received. We shall get back to you at the earliest.
Please note:

  1. Returns are made only in exchange of a credit score worth the amount of the products. Please note, we do not provide any monetary refunds.
  2. A credit note equivalent to the cost amount is provided for returns/exchange of items that are not on sale.
  3. The Packaging has to be kept intact with the invoice of sale tagged along.
  4. No exchange for products on SALE/ Offer. Sorry!!.
  5. Shipping across India is absolutely free. The Order might take anytime between 10 to 12 working days to deliver the parcel.
  6. No return/ exchange on products listed in sale items.
  7. Emails raised after 5 days of order received will not be entertained.

     

    In case of Exchange :
    Write to us mentioning your query about the size/product you are looking for(the 5 day protocol applies here too!). We shall notify you of the status of its availability.

    1. The Packaging has to be kept intact with the invoice of sale tagged along.
    2. The exchange will only be made possible for products priced equal or more in replacement.
    3. Please note a minimum cost of INR 150 is charged in case of a reverse exchange.
    4. No exchange on products listed in sale items.

     

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  1. International orders are not eligible for any returns/exchanges
  2. Shipping has to be borne by the customer. Shipping charges are added to cart Items on checkout. 
  3. It takes about 10-12 days to prepare the order and dispatch.
  4. Shipping Transit times is variable depending on country of Import.

  5. ORDER CANCELLATION

     

    To cancel an already placed order or for any ammendments in it would require you to write a "cancellation request" email to contact@kilchu.com within 5 days of placing the order.

    Please note asking the delivery person to take back the order, because it was a COD, is by no means a way to cancellation.
